Lite Tactical Vest Gen II
Streamlined and highly effective, the United Shield Lite Tactical Vest Gen II(LTV G2) blends the functionality of a tactical carrier with a lightweight design that’s geared for high performance. The LTV G2 gives law enforcement professionals the ability to use their soft armor concealed ballistics in an outer tactical vest, without the need for new panels. This second generation vest features upgrades to our LTV including internal spacer mesh for added comfort, Aspetto Kwik release buckles and an upgraded cummerbund with internal plate pockets. The vest also features an abrasion resistant outer fabric that provides exceptional durability for extreme situations and provides full protection with full overlapping side coverage from front and back panels. The vest includes certified NIJ 0101.06 Level II or IIIA soft armor manufactured in the USA.
The LTV G2 comes with a top loading front and back plate pocket that accepts 10” x 12” plates and additional pockets for smaller plates. Also included are adjustable shoulder straps to accommodate individual comfort and an adjustable cummerbund with hook/loop closure underneath the front flap and a bungee lace adjustment in the rear. A heavy duty drag strap with hook and look handle hold down to prevent snagging provided. Also standard is 360° MOLLE for all equipment needs and Velcro on the front and rear to accept ID patches.
Accessories include neck, throat, bicep and groin armor with MOLLE. The LTV G2 is manufactured from 500 Denier Nylon in the USA

The LTVG2 comes with certified NIJ 0101.06 Level IIIA armor, although all soft armor packages available from United Shield are available in both Level IIIA and Level II.
